What do the three indicator lights on the Carbucks Health Monitor indicate?

The three indicator lights on Carbucks Health Monitor have different meanings:

  • Solid Lights: Carbucks Health Monitor is connected to the Carbucks App and ready to record your parking location after parking.
  • Blinking Lights: Carbucks Health Monitor is not connected to the Carbucks App, and no parking location or mileage will be recorded.
  • No lights: Carbucks Health Monitor is not connected to the OBD port correctly and not paired with your Carbucks app. As a result, no parking location, mileage, or car battery voltage will be recorded.

Does the Carbucks app work in multi-level parking lots?

The Carbucks app can help you find your car in multi-level parking lots as long as they are uncovered and you remember the floor where your car is parked. Carbucks uses your phone's built-in GPS to locate your car, so the accuracy may vary depending on the environment. It's important to note that GPS measures horizontal distances and works best in uncovered parking lots.

For covered multi-level parking lots, we recommend taking photos using the Carbucks app and manually pinning your location.

What happens if I leave Carbucks Health Monitor plugged into my car for a long time?

The Carbucks Health Monitor consumes less than 0.02A. Assuming your car's battery has a capacity of around 50~60Ah and is at 50% power remaining (25~30Ah), it would take approximately 1250~1500 hours (52-62 days) to drain your car's battery if you don't drive your car at all during that time.
