What should I do if my contact details or vehicle registration changes?  

Changes to your motor vehicle or your personal details.

It is very important that you keep us updated on any changes that may impact your PROTECT plan. Should any of the following occur you need to contact us as soon as reasonably possible:

  • You transfer ownership of the motor vehicle;
  • The motor vehicle becomes unroadworthy, is written off or is deregistered;
  • You start using the motor vehicle for any of the uses listed in paragraph 4.1.5 of the PROTECT Terms & Conditions;
  • You have made modifications to the motor vehicle;
  • You have changed the registration number of the motor vehicle;
  • Your email, postal address or phone number has changed; or
  • You have changed your name (for example, due to marriage).
