Work Orders whilst servicing your motor vehicle
A work order request means to formally request a service or repair to a component covered under your PROTECT Plan, to be performed at an authorised workshop or service centre.
Our Concierge Service is always available to assist you to lodge and manage your work orders. You can contact the Concierge Service 24/7 via the Carbucks App or email us at concierge@carbucks.com.au or call them during business hours on 1800 13 13 18. Please ensure you have your PROTECT plan number and your vehicle details at hand when calling or lodging a work order. Concierge Service will assist you booking your repairs with you participating dealership. On the day you work order is to be carried out:
- Your participating dealership's service centre will assess and confirm the component requires repair or replacement.
- The service centre will contact Concierge Service and submit a work order request on your behalf.
- Concierge Service will contact you to approve all works on your vehicle prior to works taking place.
- Once approved, your dealership's service centre will carry out the repair or replacement of the component(s) requested.
Your work orders should be conducted at the dealership’s service centre from which you purchased your motor vehicle or your PROTECT plan. Where this cannot be done, we will direct you to one of our authorised workshops.
Any work order beyond the maximum allowed under the PROTECT plan can be organised for you, but you will be required to pay the cost of these directly to the service centre.
The costs may vary depending on the make and model of your motor vehicle and the cost of the parts for your vehicle.
