How do I make a work order request?  

Check with your service centre, or call us at 1800 131318, email us at Concierge@carbucks.com.au, or send a message through the app.

The most common way to make a work order request is through your service centre.  

  1. Either you or the service centre will observe wear and tear on one of the cover items.
  2. The service centres are able to connect with our concierge directly and submit a work order request.  
  3. Both you and the service centre will need to approve the repair/replacement to ensure it is needed and legit.
  4. Once approved and complete, the service centre requests payments and work orders are fulfilled.
