The most common way to make a work order request is through your service centre.
- Either you or the service centre will observe wear and tear on one of the cover items.
- The service centres are able to connect with our concierge directly and submit a work order request.
- Both you and the service centre will need to approve the repair/replacement to ensure it is needed and legit.
- Once approved and complete, the service centre requests payments and work orders are fulfilled.
