Can I use services after my contract ends?  

The start date of PROTECT is when your PROTECT contract is activated by a dealership representative on or after taking delivery of your  vehicle. If you purchase a PROTECT 3 Year Plan, it ends 3 years (36 months) from the start date. If you purchase a PROTECT 5 Year Plan, it ends 5 years (60 months) from the start date. Any Work Order request after the term of the plan you purchased has ended, or above the maximum number available for that component, is not covered under your PROTECT plan.
