Are there any geographic restrictions for service requests?  

Yes and no, Carbucks PROTECT use an authorised network of vendors.

In most circumstances, your work orders should be conducted at the dealership’s service centre from which you purchased your motor vehicle and Carbucks PROTECT.

Where this cannot be done, we will direct you to one of our authorised workshops.  If you have moved away from your original dealership and service centre, please contact concierge at Concierge@carbucks.com.au or call us at 1800 131318 and we can help you find a workshop.
